Longer Reiki sessions are good for specific health concerns. We will start with a short check-in call and Cheryl will use the distance Reiki symbol to create a connection to your energy field using a crystal grid as an analog for your body. You can specify where you need healing by creating an intention that Cheryl will place in the grid. As you relax, Cheryl will send Reiki through the grid and the universal life force energy that is channeled knows where you need healing most.
